 GB Consultoria Esportiva is a management company which exists to support football/soccer players giving them the whole structure they need. The company provides orientation helping players regarding their professional careers and the related issues around it and always searching to protect athletes’ interests.
 The main goal is to help the player of developing his performance the most as he can and try to give him a better market value.
 The company has the experience and knowledge of Gelson Tardivo Gonçalves Junior, better known as Gelson "Baresi" former athlete who played professionally for 12 years. During this period won several national and international titles, having worked for teams like Flamengo, Cruzeiro, Coritiba, Fluminense and Atlético/MG, and the Brazilian national team.
 The experience gained as an athlete associated with seriousness, competence and ethical posture, have made Gelson as one of the best professionals prepared to conduct the career of the new talents. Thus, at the end of its phase as a player in 2004, became FIFA agent / CBF (No. 298). Since then he has been active in the football market, by representing young athletes who now seek the same success once achieved by him.
 In developing this work, the GB Consultoria Esportiva (sports Consulting) works in partnership with the FLESP Assessoria Esportiva (sports advisory). Both work together in 03 key areas: prospecting and negotiating sports contracts, marketing and management. Companies also seek (whenever necessary) specialized services in the legal and financial, as well as dealing with post-career planning.
 Based on the "expertise" of its members, GB and FLESP also evaluate and guide the athletes in their individual performances, and offer players a "business vision" of football today. All with the goal of making them ever more efficient, turning them into a "product" increasingly attractive and desired by the "market".
It is easy to see, therefore, that today talent alone is not sufficient to achieve successful results in football. It is also a necessary parallel advisory, professional and competent, so that the athlete has total security and peace of mind to perform their duties and obligations as a sportsman, knowing even walking in the right direction.
